One thing my kids love is for me to make homemade chocolate chip cookies. We don't do it very often, but when we do it's a real treat. Their favorite part is licking the beaters from the mixer when I'm finished with the cookie dough. I can remember doing the same thing when I was a little kid. My mom made the best homemade brownies and cookies, but the best part was still licking the beaters!
